The Nutrition Policy Institute welcomed Carolyn Chelius on January 7, 2022 as a project policy analyst. Chelius holds a Master's in Food and Nutrition Policy and Programs from Tufts University, and has experience in agriculture economics, food literacy in higher education settings, and research project management. She will work on NPI projects related to food retail environments and increasing fresh, local produce in state prisons.
